Don't miss this hands-on opportunity to listen, learn and participate in this Beef 706 session, August 10 – 11, 2010 in College Station, Texas. Science faculty, staff and graduate students from Texas A&M will share information on the importance of consistent high quality beef production, differences in carcass composition and how all that information is interpreted in terms of value differences in live animals. Don’t miss this two day event, don’t miss taking part in this educational activity with information ranging from the selection of live cattle to the hand-on cutting session and gain invaluable information from leaders in the industry.

BONUS: Tuesday evening, August 10 - Board the bus for a tour of Circle X Land and Cattle Co., Ltd.
