The IBBA Board of Directors held a conference call meeting on July 5, 2010 to discuss the recommendations from the Show Committee pertaining to the IBBA Rules for Show Eligibility and Inspections of Exhibits.
The IBBA Board has unanimously passed the following change to the rules for exhibiting Brangus cattle.

US Livestock Genetics Export (USLGE) has received funds which will be available to private breeders, companies, or cooperatives interested in promoting livestock, semen, or embryo sales in international markets through December 31, 2009. These funds are available through the Market Access Program (MAP) of the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) of the US Department of Agriculture.
The International Brangus Breeders Association (IBBA) is proud to announce the success of its recent participation in the Southern Section Animal Science Conference. The IBBA continues to aggressively establish contact with members of the educational extension system in an effort to both introduce new association programs and publicize recent advances in the Brangus breed.
One of the primary functions of any business association is to work to create a better business environment for its members. In the case of the IBBA, the staff, Board, and committees are continually looking for new ideas, large or small, that will make it easier for IBBA members to market IBBA genetics to the world.
